Adele trained in Textile Design via an HND and later gained a 3D Design degree in Jewellery. She has worked as Designer in Residence at Manchester Met University and for the last 20 years and has taught jewellery courses/workshops within local adult education and at her studio in the High Peak passing on her skills and techniques to many current jewellers in the area.
Adele exhibited in Japan, America, Barcelona, Italy as well as in the UK and had work published in many contemporary jewellery books.
She draws inspiration from nature’s delicate forms and patterns creating ‘one off’ pieces by hand printing and dying anodised aluminium with colourful designs. Adele also produce a range of etched silver pieces with textures and patterns that decorate the metals surface
Jewellery Making - learn how to hammer texture, stamp and form metal pieces and incorporate coloured anodised aluminium to create your own unique pair of earrings or pendant to take home. All materials and refreshments included.
